It has been a while since I update my blog. Today, I would like to share with you this amazing products that I've been using for about two months!
As some of you may have heard about the brand, I will still want to do some introduction on the brand to those who aren't familiar about HerbaLine.
HerbaLine isn't like those ordinary facial parlor. They have a very strong business philosophy of providing a "burden-free" spending and services to their customer.
Basically, they don't practice course signing, product hard-selling in their saloon. Which are mostly customers are afraid of. Remember when I was much younger, I have visited a facial parlor in Penang with my mother. Those consultant were so scary that right after the facial session, they locked up in a "consultation room" and kept pushing their pricy product to us.

Not sure in anyone can relate with me, most of the time when I visit a facial parlor, I am always worry about the product they used on my face. Afraid of being sensitive to the product, the beautician isn't skillful enough, which causes red patches on face. OR! painful extraction! TT___TT
I think it is important for every individuals to know what kind of product they are suitable with. For example, I am alright with Asian brand (Korean, Japanese & Taiwanese) skincare products. Instead, I have problem with European brand product mostly. ><

Below are my skin type & generally problem that've been troubling me.
Skin Type : Combination Skin.
(Dry yet oily)
Blackheads on T-Zone & Chin.
Acne occasionally on the cheeks and forehead.
Alright! Let's get started!
Purifying Milky Lotion
This is a cleansing lotion. It's to remove those non-waterproof makeup like your foundation. As for your eye & lip make up, do ensure you use the remover that is dedicated to your eyes & lip.
Even though this is a local company, but their products are all MIT (Made In Taiwan)
As per it's name, the product has a very milky texture. But I am impressed that it isn't greasy at all! Unlike those cleansing lotion selling in the market, it makes you feel "unclean" and oily after using it. This product is SUPER REFRESHING! Therefore, no worries for oily skin peeps too!
How to use?
1. Spread the product evenly on your face.
2. Massage the product gently onto your skin in circular motion. This will help the product to melt down the make up, sebum & impurities on your skin.
3. Wet your fingers with water, massage onto your skin till the lotion turns into milky & watery texture.
4. Use a cotton pad or a cleansing sponge to remove the lotion on your skin. This will help to remove those blackheads that surface on your skin.
5. Finally, rinse it away with running water.
One important thing to highlight, ALWAYS double cleanse after using a cleansing product such as cleansing oil, cleansing cream or cleansing lotion. As all these products are just helping you to clean off those make ups as well as sebum. You need to use a facial foam or facial gel to double cleanse. This is to ensure all remaining residue are being washed away and leave your skin clean for your next skincare routine.
Aloe Vera Gel
I am sure most of us know the benefit of aloe vera very well. It helps to soothe & moisturize your skin. Minimize pores appearance and many more.
HerbaLine Aloe Vera Gel is a holy grail to me as it calms my skin so well after sunburn, blackhead extraction. Also, it moisturize my skin and retain or lock in the moisture in my skin the entire day. This definitely helps me to reduce shine throughout the day!
Can you see how dewy and moisturized my skin looks like after applying it?!

How to use?
1. After toner, apply a layer of Aloe Vera Gel onto your skin.
2. Gently massage to help it absorb into your skin.
3. Wait for about 5mins for the gel to fully absorb into your skin, then you may proceed to your next skin care routine.
You may use this as a serum or a booster but NEVER take it as a moisturizer. As the texture of the product is very dewy, always seal your skin with a layer of cream moisturizer to lock in the moisture. Or it will evaporates! :)
This amount of product should be enough for my entire face :)
Let's see how's my face condition after cleansing.
My skin gets super dry & tight about 2-3mins after cleansing. You can see my cheeks are flaky and dry!
